Our terms and conditions for making online purchases from the bookshop.
We can accept payment by VISA, MASTERCARD, SOLO or SWITCH.

Shipping
UK: Allow 2 - 3 days
Europe: Allow 3-5 days
Rest of the World: Allow 2-3 weeks
Delivery
We will deliver the books ordered to the delivery address which you supply. All delivery times quoted are estimates only, based on availability, normal processing and delivery time.
Returns Policy
In cases of goods that are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied please return the goods to the ICA Bookshop. We recommend that you use registered post or recorded delivery to return goods to us. The ICA Bookshop will refund postage costs incurred in returning faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied goods. The ICA Bookshop shall use reasonable efforts to replace damaged or incorrect goods but if replacement is not possible, or if an order is cancelled for any other reason, we will only be obliged to refund the full amount paid by you. This does not affect your statutory rights.
