Winner of 2007 Fipresci International Critics Prize, Unrelated follows fortysomething Anna as she arrives at friend Verena's Tuscan holiday villa. When her affections for charming young flirt Oakley are subtly rebuked, Anna fears she is condemned to a life on the periphery of events. Meanwhile, gauche Verena is oblivious to the true reason behind Anna's anguish. Followed by director Q&A.
