Talk Show Exhibition

The exhibition component of Talk Show featured a variety of works that investigated the human voice in subtle, humorous or unexpected ways.

6 - 31 May 2009, Throughout the ICA

The lower gallery and concourse included video works by Pierre Bismuth, Manuel Saiz and Frances Stark, graphic works by Chris Evans, Ryan Gander and Falke Pisano, a sound piece by Seth Price and a large wall drawing by Adam Pendleton. The lower gallery also provided the context for a number of the live events, including all of the workshops and discussions. Other works on display included videos by Robert Ashley and Robert Filliou, shown alongside the residencies in the upper gallery; and a video by Mark Wilsher, shown in the reading room.
