Spearheaded by Oliver Peyton and with over twenty years experience in creating unique events for both corporate and private clients, the Peyton Events team has been brought together to include some of the UK’s best chefs, sommeliers and mixologists, as well as experienced event organisers who bring a superior level of creativity, innovative food and design, complimented by impeccable service, that is attentive without being intrusive.
From a background of private events, outside catering, Michelin starred restaurants and five star hotels, the chefs specialise in different cuisines, and can offer a wide range of menus to suit your event, from the best of British, to traditional French and Asian cuisines, along with bespoke cakes and pastries cooked in Peyton and Byrne's bakery.
Adding even more gusto to the outstanding in-house chefs, Peyton Events are delighted to announce an exclusive collaboration with Michelin starred chefs Giorgio Locatelli and Atul Kochhar.
Peyton Events at the ICA understand that every event needs to be unique and you will be assisted by a dedicated event organiser who will be available to offer help and advice with organising your event. Tastings are available and offer a unique preview of your event and allow you to tailor the food and service to your individual requirements.
