Harmen de Hoop is an artist based in Rotterdam, NL. His work deals with the notion of ‘place’ in the contemporary city, the behaviour of individuals or groups, and the conflicts of interests in public space. During the making of his anonymous and illegal interventions he has been arrested 73 times. Maybe 74 by now... This 12 page zine documents some of his lawless art making. (Nobody gets hurt.)
