On a regular Friday evening, Takeshi, a responsible business man mourning for the loss of his exgirlfriend, Ayumi, is informed by his friend, detective Yusuke, about her recent engagement. What initially begins as a normal encounter between two childhood friends is only the beginning of a series of events that will relate Takeshi to a group of individuals whose lives are very much related to his own. As the film develops, Takeshi discovers that both Yusuke and Ayumi have much more to hide from him than Ayumi's recent engagement.
