Request your password
If you are an ICA Member and have forgotten your password, or never had one, you can generate a new password here.
To retrieve a new password, enter your email below and submit the form.
If we already have your email address, a password will be generated and sent to your email address. You can then login to the member's area and get member's discounts on tickets.
If you are an ICA member and we don't have your email address, please email membership@ica.org.uk with your name, membership number and postcode, and we will add your email address to our records. You will then be able to retrieve a password.
Once you have retrieved a password, you can sign in and change it.
