Cinema Refurbishment Project
With the audience experience at heart, we have commenced some refurbishment works to both our cinemas with new seating and increased access.
The improvements in January 2012 include:
- New seating using the latest support technology
- Improved wheelchair access and 6 new extra wheelchair spaces
- Induction loop fitted to both screens
- Increased capacity to 187 in Cinema 1 and 45 seats in Cinema 2
Work will continue in March 2012 for the following:
- Improved audio facilities in Cinema 1 for special events, panel discussions and conferences
- Improved heating and cooling facilities
- A new cinema screen in Cinema 1
We look forward to welcoming you back to view films in more comfort and to enjoy these new features.

The first phase is now complete with new seating, lighting, sound and projection equipment already installed, but please do bear with us over the next few weeks as the refurbishment is completed.
