Luis Perez-Oramas (b.1960 Caracas) is a writer, poet and art historian. He is currently The Estrellita Brodsky Curator of Latin American Art at the Museum of Modern Art New York and is the Curatorial Director for the 30th São Paulo International Biennial scheduled for Autumn 2012. In this lunchtime talk Perez-Oramas will outline the conceptual framework for the forthcoming Bienal: 'The Imminence of Poetics'. The presentation will be followed by a discussion.
