The first UK solo institutional exhibition by British artist Eloise Hawser. Hawser's work reconfigures and repurposes commonplace materials applied in industrial processes to create sculptures and installations that subtly demonstrate the inherent mutability of everyday objects.
Isa Genzken is one of the most important and influential artists of the last forty years. The Basic Research paintings are compelling in that they invite scrutiny from the micro to macro, revealing themselves as close-up impressions of urban architecture, to aerial views of alien landscapes.
See Red Women’s Workshop was a silkscreen printing collective that produced posters, illustrations, and conducted service printing for the women’s liberation movement. The show is at Huddersfield Art Gallery, as part of the ICA Fox Reading Room Touring Programme.
