"...who could resist a dog in a tinfoil cape?" The Guardian

"Enjoyable ironic turns from James Vaughan as the plucky Captain and Tamsin Greig and Mark Heap as his sidekicks help propel this interplanetary mini -epic skyward." Time Out

Come and join in the intergalactic mayhem on Sunday 20 April at 2pm when there'll be a special screening followed by a Q&A with Tamsin Grieg (Green Wing, Black Books, Love Soup) and Mark Heap (Spaced, Jam). Can you resist a dancing green Panvolkian?

Square-jawed space adventurer Captain Eager (James Vaughan) is brought out of mothballs to investigate the villainous Colonel Regamun, who has taken over the Veritan Sector using the mysterious 'Mark of Voth'. Aided by old pal Scrutty (Mark Heap), long-lost love Jenny (Tamsin Greig) and space-dog Scamp, Captain Eager boards his wobbly Bakelite rocket and heads off for a B-movie showdown. A wonderfully surreal space comedy that harks back to the innocent days of Eagle comics and Dan Dare, blessed with deliberately dodgy sets and tongue-in-cheek dialogue.

An ICA Films release.
