Even more successful in Japan than its predecessor, the sequel to Death Note picks up exactly where the first chapter left off, with all the same cast and crew providing seamless continuity. Light and L continue their private struggle, with Light getting dangerously close to his nemesis. Bigger and wilder than the first film, the sequel takes everything a step further by introducing both a second book and a second Angel of Death.
Death Note 2: The Last Name opens at the ICA on Friday 4 July.
