Three responses to landscape and environment, all firmly focussed on their immediate - and highly cinematic - surroundings. Ben Rivers' This Is My Land is a portrait of a hermit living in the woods of Aberdeenshire; Nick Collins' Across the Valley employs time-lapse to chart variations in the environment around the Cevennes Moutains in southern France; and Bill Brown's The Other Side is an essay film investigating the border between Mexico and the USA.
