Hansjorg Mayer + Tom Phillips

As part of the London Arts Bookfair, Hansjorg Mayer and Tom Phillips discuss The Humument, Tom Phillips' ongoing book project, an illustrated novel which is based on the Victorian novel The Human Document and which has become a cult classic since its inception in the 1960s. Phillips is a painter and a writer based in London; Mayer is a publisher of artists' books, and has also worked with Dieter Roth and Richard Hamilton.
