Two middle-class Mexican Bonnie & Clyde wannabes bond at school, in this hectic tale full of vitality and unexpected turns. Director Gerardo Naranjo creates a tingling sense of continuous danger, and the two young leads (Juan Pablo de Santiago and María Deschamps) are extraordinary. Part of the Discovering Latin America Film Festival closing gala night.
