London, Restless City: Iain Sinclair and Stewart Home

18 February 2010

£12 / £11 Concessions / £10 ICA Members.

Psychogeographer and author Iain Sinclair and artist, writer* Stewart Home are here to talk about London as an ever-changing environment. They will be exploring the architecture and cultural make-up of our capital in relation to a city that is essentially restless and continually evolving. Sinclair’s writing has often focused on London; his latest book, Hackney, That Rose-Red Empire, is a personal record of the area he has lived in for the past 40 years.

* Apologies to Stewart Home for the previous description of him as an avant-garde academic. He is not an academic nor does he wish to be perceived as such, avant-garde or otherwise, and we sincerely apologise for the misrepresentation.
