We are delighted to announce two lectures by distinguished French philosopher Luce Irigaray. In the first, she discusses the ideas behind her new book, Sharing the World (Continuum). In this age of multiculturalism, Irigaray questions the validity of the 'sameness' at the root of Western culture. She proposes new ways to meet and co-exist with the other as other, from the most intimate to the most global level.
Her second lecture will be at the ICA on 9 September.
£10 / £9 Concessions / £8 ICA Members.
