A follow-up to the successful and highly controversial Maafa, this month's BFM screening rigorously examines the academic view that British slavery was just 'trade' and makes direct links between the legacy of one of the most heinous crimes and how it has affected African descendants today. Screening will be followed by a Q&A with the director, activist Toyin Agbetu.
