Nought to Sixty presents sixty projects by emerging artists based in Britain and Ireland over six months from 5 May to 2 November 2008.
Most of the artists in Nought to Sixty are under thirty-five, few of them have had significant commercial exposure, and in most cases this is their first opportunity to mount a solo project in a major public space.
The season is not intended to announce any new generation or style, but to build up a multifaceted portrait of the emerging art scene in the two countries, and to provide a space for exchange.

Monster Truck Gallery and Studios was founded by a group of like-minded artist and designers, with the aim of creating a new, independent space for artistic activity in Dublin. Located in a three-floor building, it is a hub for creative people wishing to experiment and present work. The programme consists of one-week exhibitions, longer curated projects and artist-initiated shows.
Providing an open platform for the visual arts, Monster Truck is accessible to artists and the visiting public alike. It is not a commercial entity, but facilitates artists selling their own work by providing studios and exhibition space. Currently collaborating with the Royal Hibernian Academy on a series of events and projects, Monster Truck has gone from strength to strength in just under two years.
