A French special agent saunters off to Cairo with orders to "make the Middle East safe" and sets about offending women, Muslims and anyone else who isn't an unreconstructed French 1950s male. Owing more to the Zucker and Marx brothers than to Austin Powers or even James Bond (this French creation actually predates Bond), this a couple of hours of perfectly judged satire and belly laughs.
