The Audience in Fragments

17 February 2009

£8 / £7 Concessions / £6 ICA Members.

There is evidence of a new kind of movement in theatre, one which takes advantage of the fractured sensibility of the audience and its thirst for a more active involvement. What can this sensibility tell us about audiences, and what opportunities does it present?

Katie Mitchell, director of some trace of her at the National Theatre, will be in conversation with Dominic Cooke, artistic director at the Royal Court Theatre. Chair: David Edgar, playwright and commentator whose plays include The Prisoner's Dilemma and Playing with Fire.

The use of camera phones and recording equipment during talks and events in the Feedback series is encouraged. Snap it, video it, blog it and then share it with us.

Please note that if you attend this event your image may be recorded by the ICA or other event attendees and appear online.
