The ICA Council is the main governing body of the ICA. It is collectively responsible for the success of the ICA, by setting the strategic aims of the institute, ensuring that necessary resources are in place to meet its objectives, and monitoring performance. The ICA Council defines the values and standards of the ICA, including the mission statement and artistic objectives. It meets approximately every 2 months, and Council Members are encouraged to play an active role in the life of the ICA.
