A suitably unearthly duo, Richard File and Wendy Rae met when they were both working with Josh 'The Ginger Elvis' Homme in Joshua Tree national park, and have somehow landed up in London making sinister and kind of arousing rock music. We say rock, actually Richard is an electronic, used-to-work-with Unkle musician, and Wendy is a bass player with a creepy-sexy PJ Harvey voice, plus you can smell the influence of Ennio Morricone, Silver Apples and Can in their songs. You can fully expect a mesmerising, soothing rock'n'roll experience in the darkness of the ICA theatre tonight.
