Yael Davids performance

Yael Davids has created a performance piece for Memorial to the Iraq War which will be staged during the run of the exhibition. Ten performers will each produce a living structure, evoking a human shield, frontier line or act of protest. Davids, who was born in Jerusalem and who has been based in Amsterdam since 1990, has often used performance to explore issues of social violence.
