Development Manager (Fixed term, full-time, maternity cover)

The ICA seeks a proactive and target-driven individual to join our dynamic Development Team for a fixed term maternity cover role. Your focus would be to raise financial support for the ICA’s programme from charitable trusts and foundations and public sector agencies alongside a team who work on a wide portfolio of supporters including Patrons, Corporate Partners and Sponsors.

Reporting to the Managing Director and working with a Senior Development Manager, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining excellent relations with existing supporters while proactively seeking new ones. The role requires the ability to work across the Development Team and devise a grants fundraising strategy in collaboration with the ICA’s Curatorial team.

You will have previously held a relevant position in a comparable arts or not-for-profit organisation with a track record of having worked with trusts and foundations and public sector funding. You will also have an on-going interest in the contemporary arts, whilst experience of fundraising for capital projects is desirable.

This is a full-time position with a salary of c. £30,000 per annum pro rata depending on experience.
