This Salon, Being Visible: Feminism, Art & the Internet, looks at the role that the internet has played in enabling feminist discourse within contemporary art. Exploring areas of self-publishing, archiving and social media we will question how feminism is distributed, remixed and re-contextualised online to make visible.
Chaired by curator and critic Helena Reckitt, the panel comprises artist Oriana Fox, critic and writer Katy Deepwell, Dr Caroline Bassett and artist Hannah Regal of SALT magazine.
