To celebrate our 70th anniversary, this year we are excited to issue a selection of limited artists’ editions by Harold Ancart, Neïl Beloufa, Zhang Enli, Cary Kwok, Prem Sahib and Chris Succo. We are delighted to share in our anniversary celebrations with these extraordinary artists, who will each make a special contribution to our history with these works, exclusive to the ICA. Each edition will be launched individually throughout the year with all proceeds directly supporting the ICA’s programme.

We launch the collection with Cary Kwok’s three colour silkscreen print Cum To Barber (Orgasmic Yellow 1970s).

Cum To Barber (Orgasmic Yellow 1970s) is one of an on-going series (Cum To Barber) of related works exploring the theme across a broad range of ethnicities and time periods. A large proportion of Kwok’s work has resonances of racial, sexual and gender equality.
Born in 1975 in Hong Kong, Kwok now lives and works between Hong Kong and London. In 2001, he graduated from Central Saint Martins College of Art with an MA in Fashion Design (Womenswear). Recent solo exhibitions include: Qipao, ART HK12, Hong Kong (2012); Herald St, London (2012); Joyce Boutique, Beijing (2011); Obsession, The Flag Art Foundation, New York (2010); Desire (Series 2), Opening Ceremony, Tokyo (2010).
