Lutz Bacher's deft, constantly inventive art is presented here in a format I find to be ideal: On each page (100s) there is an image, a title, a date, dimensions and a curt description. It allows the reader to run wild with possible meanings and incorrect yet highly enjoyable connections. Flicking through for this text I find an animation cell of "two sci-fi characters in a vast landscape," a curtain wall of black carpet which vibrates (seen here at the ICA), a poster of vampire boyfriend from Twilight Saga, horse tails for an edition, yellow "smurf balls," a world map by the Defense Intelligence Agency and many more. Highly recommended!
