Framed Lives is a long-term programme of film screenings and discussions from the Institute of Psychoanalysis, run by Andrea Sabbadini, a psychoanalyst widely published on the connections between the couch and screen. Each series features four biographical films about iconic individuals within a specific field. Screenings are followed by presentations by psychoanalysts, film scholars and other experts. This series will look at prominent monarchs throughout history, exploring the controversial behaviour of Queen Christina, the episodic brutal rages of Ivan the Terrible, King George III's battle with mental illness and King George VI's struggle to manage his speech impediment.

The official launch of Anil Sebastian's new album Mesonoxian, and his first live performance. The album is a masterful interplay between intimacy and expanse, with intricate micro-beats, soaring strings and choral motifs providing a beautiful and dark backdrop to Anil’s entirely unique multi-octave vocals. Anil will be joined by his brother Ingmar Kamalagharan on drums, Cherif Hashizume on modular synth & electronics, Andrew Bird on keyboards & synths, Sian O'Gorman on vocals as well as a small group from his choir London Contemporary Voices.
