Black Christmas

22 Dec 200723 Dec 2007

In memory of director Bob Clark, who died earlier this year, a special screening of his seminal seasonal 70s slasher classic, remade recently with barely an iota of the original's acting and scripting. Margot Kidder stars, four years before Superman, as one of the sorority girls terrorised by a killer during their college's Christmas break. This was the first film to use the much-loved creepy-phonecall-followed-by-gory-death storyline.

A Tartan Video promotional screening, celebrating the Tartan Grindhouse DVD line-up.
