Members' Screening: Nobody Knows

28 Jul 2013

'Absorbing, humane and deeply moving' Peter Bradshaw, The Guardian

We've chosen a film from the ICA Films back catalogue this month for a unique members' screening. Inspired by an infamous true story that made headlines in Japan in 1988, this tough yet tender film follows the lives of four children left to fend for themselves by their wayward mother.

To learn more about the world director Koreeda Hirokazu creates in his films, watch this short video essay by Sight & Sound.

Please note that all films are 18+ unless otherwise stated
