Whose Film is it Anyway? Contemporary Japanese Auteurs

Following on from last year’s successful Back to the Future: Japanese Cinema Since the Mid-90s season, this year’s Japan Foundation annual touring film programme looks at the concept of originality in Japanese cinema, with a special focus on narrative creativity by contemporary Japanese directors.

This programme is part of the Japan Foundation Touring Film Programme.

The Japan Foundation Touring Film Programme is supported by the Great Britain Sasakawa Foundation.
