Cinemas

The ICA Offers comprehensive screening room services in our two cinemas in the heart of London. Screen 1 or 2 can be used by the hour for press views, quality control screenings, private screenings or simply to watch a film.

Screen 1
185 seats, with climate control, and a static microphone.
£250 per hour

Screen 2
45 seats with climate control.
£150 per hour

The screens are available Tuesday through Thursday 9am – 4pm and Friday through Sunday 9am – 12pm. Both have access to the ICA Café Bar during its operating hours and drinks can be brought into the cinema.

Please attempt to book one week in advance, but do not hesitate to get in touch for short notice bookings and we will try to accommodate. Payment can be made at the ICA box office, or over the phone.

Both screens can play DCP, 35mm, Digi Beta, Blu Ray, DVD and computer files. We suggest that due to the preparation time, DCP and 35mm are dropped off in advance, but all other media can be bought on the day. There will be a short set up period, and then the material can be screened.

Please contact the Projection team at the ICA for bookings and further details, including a full specification of the cinemas - events@ica.org.uk
